Watery Rocks

 Even branches blocking, catch the sun.


Stepping stones clear in the drought.


 Stuck to a rock together.

To keep from falling, lines of light.

 Dark and hard: light and soft

    There's something hypnotic about watching water splashing over rocks. I can easily let an hour slip by while entranced by the sound and movement.
